Synthesis: Hayashi | The Geometry of Growth
In nature, the Fibonacci sequence represents the most efficient way to pack seeds or grow leaves. For Hayashi, we used it to pack innovation into a brand that is perpetually going places.

I believe a brand is a space you can inhabit. For Hayashi, I didn't just deliver a brand manual; I built a living ecosystem. Using the Fibonacci sequence as my foundational logic, I redesigned the company’s entire presence across three distinct planes: the Visual, the Spatial, and the Experiential.
01. The Visual: A Mathematical Identity
The rebranding began with the construction of a logotype rooted in the golden spiral. By moving away from static assets, I developed a modular brand system where the grid itself is the hero.
The Logotype: Every curve and stroke is derived from Fibonacci proportions, ensuring the mark feels "natural" despite its tech-driven precision.
The Flexible Grid: I created a visual language that expands and contracts. This allows the brand to scale from a tiny app icon to a massive environmental graphic without losing its structural DNA.
02. The Spatial: The Floor Plan as a System
I translated the visual grid into the physical world. The Hayashi headquarters was redesigned not as a series of rooms, but as a three-dimensional extension of the brand.
Proportional Zoning: I used the Fibonacci sequence to dictate the flow of the office. Small "focus squares" for deep work expand into larger "social arcs" for collaboration.
Modular Architecture: I designed a bespoke wall and furniture system. Using a track-based grid, the company can reconfigure its entire layout in a weekend, allowing the physical office to adapt to the speed of their software development.
03. The Experiential: Presentation UI/UX
To complete the synthesis, I redesigned how Hayashi communicates. Most tech companies lose their "brand soul" the moment they open a slide deck or a dashboard; I ensured the Fibonacci logic followed them there.
The Narrative Grid: I developed a custom UI/UX framework for their internal and external presentations. Every slide layout follows the golden ratio, guiding the viewer’s eye through complex data with organic ease.
Dynamic UX: The digital interface utilizes "fluid scaling." As data grows, the UI adapts its proportions according to the Fibonacci sequence, maintaining clarity and beauty regardless of the complexity of the information.
